Located at the border between Potsdam and Berlin lies this property which was formerly owned by the publisher Hachfeld.
The premises with an area of about 1800 square metres (1940 square foot) holds a main Building with a side wing and a cottage which is seperated through an inner courtyard. In 2006 - 2008, the Buildings and the garden (both are listed) were thoroughly reconstructed.
